Being a leader is not an easy thing most of the time. Even being a team member brings many responsibilities with it. Well, how can you take the right place in a group?

Today when we look at to the great leaders, we can see the decision making plays a big role in their success. They solve problems, survive the crisis, stay strong, and keep going. They take risks, make decisions and implement them. The main thing is they don’t do this alone. Every leader is affected by his team. If he is a good one, he will consider the communication and information sharing in a group. Being inclusive and open to learn new things will make a leader better informed, and bring along the right decision.

If you are a member of a team, what should you do to be more efficient and get high efficiency? I guess here, motivation is the key point and one of the best ways being motivated is setting a goal. Sometimes you need to believe in something to create a good job. Your starting point should always remind you why you are doing this and what your expectations are. When you tired of everything and want to give up, your goal is the biggest thing you can hold on. This motivation brings along perseverance and willingness to reach something better. At this point you need to work hard because nothing is going to be happen by itself.

Spiral of despair is a situation that occurs when you stay ineffective in a group. Maybe you are not completely desperate but you cannot prove yourself, your skills, and capacity in a right way. Or maybe you are in a big group and you cannot find an opportunity to do this. Be brave, trust in your capacity, trust what you can do. Don’t be scared when you want to do something. Take a step and start trying. Of course you will make mistakes. This is the way of improving yourself, prove yourself and learn something from your decisions. Only you convert this despair into a success. Thus, you can be a more confident person and contribute to your team in a good way.
